| 1.8 mile warm up. 3.5 mile run. 1.2 mile cool down. My left shin REALLY hurt on this run!!! Never have felt this pain before & had to bail half way through the run. I hope it is very temporary!

| 10 Miles up and back Springville Canyon. My legs were so sore from yesterday's leg workout I thought, "I want to quit!!!!" Uphill was brutal, downhill was sweet!!! What doesn't kill you makes you stronger...right!? lol
