2 Mile warm up. Raced the Spectrum 10K. My heart rate went out of control, spiked super high! Had to slow way down! Very weird feeling. Had a slow time of 47:17. Two hours after the race my heart rate was at 120! Something is wrong, maybe because I was feeling sick the days before..I don't know.
