| 2 Mile warm up. Raced the Spectrum 10K. My heart rate went out of control, spiked super high! Had to slow way down! Very weird feeling. Had a slow time of 47:17. Two hours after the race my heart rate was at 120! Something is wrong, maybe because I was feeling sick the days before..I don't know.

| Drove to California. Had to drive 20mph through Donner Pass with chains on my car cause the roads were snow/iced over. Took forever!!! No running, weights or core. :(

| Weigths. Leg workout. Tried to run 6x "2+2+2" but after a warm up jog & running my first set, my body said "NO"! Tuesday's workout and this morning legs workout was too much. So I just ran a few recovery miles and called it good! I'll do the 6x2+2=2's Thursday or Friday.
